Quotes and orders

When you ask for a quote, we use your name, business email address, phone number, company name and logo files to prepare your quote and proof, take your order and deliver it. Quote emails are kept while the conversation is relevant, and order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. We share data only as needed to make and deliver your order, for example with couriers. We don't sell personal data.

Business emails about our offers

We email people at businesses about offers relevant to their work, such as the ones on this site. We only do this to business email addresses at incorporated companies (limited companies, LLPs and PLCs), using contact details from public company records and business contact databases. We rely on our legitimate interest in telling businesses about our products, and every email says who we are and how to stop.

To stop, reply to any of our emails with the word unsubscribe, or email [email protected]. We'll keep your address on a do-not-contact list so that you aren't emailed again.

This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is served through Cloudflare, and standard server logs are kept for 14 days for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. Email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
